Getting started

Create an account with a username and password. We do not ask for an email address. After signing in, choose Store to create your first storefront or Marketplace to browse products.

Set up your store

Choose a store address with at least four characters, add your products, then open Logo & colours to set your name, logo, brand colour and background. You can keep the store as a draft until it is ready.

Your public address is yourname.mzz.one. Reserved platform names cannot be used.

Manage orders

Open your store and choose Orders. Paid orders include the customer’s delivery details and current status. Customer questions appear under Messages → Store support.

Payments and balance

Customers can see prices in USD or GBP and pay with a supported cryptocurrency at checkout. Confirmed seller earnings appear under Money, after the platform fee. Your personal deposit address is also shown there.

Keep your account secure

Use a unique password and turn on sign-in codes under Account. The signed-in devices list shows the device and IP address for each active session. You can sign out every other device at once.
