Terms of use

You must be legally able to use the service and you are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use mzz for fraud, unlawful goods, abuse, malware, stolen material or content that violates another person’s rights. We may restrict accounts or stores that break these rules or put customers at risk.

Sellers are responsible for product descriptions, stock, fulfilment, customer support and any tax or regulatory duties that apply to them. mzz provides the platform and checkout tools; it is not the seller of merchant products.

Privacy

mzz does not require an email address. We process account details, device and IP information, store content, orders, messages and payment records so the service can work, remain secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

You can request account deletion from your account or through support. Some transaction, moderation and security records may need to be kept where the law or fraud prevention requires it.

Seller and refund policy

Sellers must describe products accurately, publish a clear delivery or fulfilment expectation, and answer genuine support requests. Refund terms must be shown before purchase and must follow applicable consumer law. Digital products that have already been delivered may have different cancellation rights depending on the buyer’s location.

Buyers should contact the store first about an order. mzz may review payment and message records when helping with a dispute, but does not guarantee a refund where the seller’s stated and lawful terms were followed.
